Naruto Shippuden 78 “Given Judgment” and Naruto Shippuden 79 “Unfulfilled Scream”
Asuma’s fire jutsu strikes Hidan, however Asuma receives the damage. Finally, Hidan’s abilityis revealed; once he licks an opponent’s blood and stands in a ritual circle drawn in blood, he is able to transfer all damage inflicted on him to that opponent, and puts this ability to use by stabbing himself to injure Asuma. Shikamaru, realizing how Hidan’s ability works, forces Hidan out of the circle and Asuma strikes…. beheading Hidan.
Unfortunately, Hidan’s immortality enables him to stay alive even with his head cut off, although he cannot move. Kakuzu sews Hidan’s head back on with threads coming out of his body. Izumo and Kotetsu try to attack Kakuzu, but he manages to grab them by using his body threads. Hidan, now able to move again, returns to the circle and stabs himself with the blades of his scythe, killing Asuma.

yea i knew that would happen, and i dont mean to be a spoiler but jaraiya is the next from konoha to go when he runs into Pain from Atkaski. Well the good news is that this other guy with the threads gets his ass kicked by Kakashi, or shall I say Naruto who delivers the death blow. Oh yea Naruto finally creates his new technique.

The next episode actually comes out in about two weeks. But now that Asuma’s good and gone, we can finally get deeper into Shippuden. Lots of fights and plot twists. Lots of action. New techniques, background stories. More of Naruto, Itachi and Sasuke. And most importantly, more of…. me. MADARA UCHIHA!!

Naruto would probably be working on using that Senjutsu he just learned to make his Wind Release : Rasenshuriken technique even further. Or quite possibly could working on the unspecified jutsu that his father left behind for hm. It’s a million different things that he could be doing with that natural energy. Only time will tell though.

I think Gaara could beat the ‘immortal’ guy by grinding him to dust… as long as he wasn’t standing in the circle.
Anyone else think that if you figured out he had to have a circle painted on the ground, that when he had hie head cut off someone should have scuffed up the circle?

When you informed me that kakashi ran into Pein you failed however to mention he ran into the main body. After running into this information I think there is a great chance of Kakashi dieing unless he runs away because obviously the Rinnegan is counter acting Kakashi’s Sharigan. In order for kakshi to use his ultimate technique he needs to be focused on his target, he can’t focus on this target. Pein will triumph that village needs naruto and neji’s uncle… you knew I had to stick that one in there.

I couldn’t give you all of those information. It had to be just enough to get you actually hyped up about the battle. I don’t particually think that Kakashi will die, he’ll probably be on the brink of death, when who else but Naruto then shows up to save him. I’m pretty sure you couldn’t resist throwing a Hyuuga into all of this. Well.. atleast it isn’t Uchiha Sasuke, who appears with all of his given/stolen powers to be going gradually blind.

I don’t think Gaara has his powers anymore - or they definitely are not at the level they were before Akatsuki got to him. I agree, someone should have destroyed the circle (an exploading note or something).
Also I thought every team would have a medical ninja in it! Asuma could have used one. That flaming smoke he blew out was bad ass - so thats why he smoked so many cigs.

Chapter 421 appears to be most interesting. I am now back with my weekly Manga spoiling. If you don’t like it. Don’t read it. ;-). Also, the next episode (80) of Shippuden is also being released this week. There aren’t going to be any weeks off for the anime for quite some time, just in case you’re wondering. The episode should probably be posted up RAW in a little while. The episode was already released in Japan. Pein was actually shown sitting on the top of the towers in the Rain Country in episode 80. I’m pretty sure before the day is over though, you’ll be able to watch it. If not, first thing tomorrow, it’d be more or less on the website.
I’m expecting alot of heated debates tomorrow, once everyone reads the latest chapter of Naruto (421). But Shippuden (80) should be posted up later. Heh, listen to me. As if I work for this site. LOL….. PEIN… where are you. Apparently Pein (God Realm) by himself couldn’t defeat Kakashi alone eh? Had to call for reinforcements. I should expect this thought, being that Hatake is no push-over nor a slouch in the least.
