Yes Sai does look gay, thats because he probably it, because latter on Konohamaru does “Otoko no Ko Doushi” involving a naked Sai and Sasuke and Sai dosent react…he’s so gay.
Yamato is connected to the legacy of Shodai because he carries his genes within him. When Orochimaru was still a respected ninja within Konoha, he carried out experimental gene therapy on 60 village children. Orochimaru sought to gain Shodai’s Mokuton and Bijuu controlling powers for his own. To that end he obtained genetic material and spliced it into 60 children. Orochimaru soon left and never saw the fruit of his labors. All but one of the children died. Yamato managed to survive and grow into a powerful ninja.

uh…yeah sasuke meets him and uh…kakashi teaches naruto the jutsu yamato jus helps ^-^….and naruto and sakura start liking sai like after they meet sasuke and um….he doesnt learn the jutsu until they come back frm sasuke…..errr….sai does look gay fer showin his stomach xD

-well actually the first hokage, who apparently the grandpa of Tsunade, has the unique power of combining the water element and earth element jutsus resulting to the Mokuton jutsu or the Tree forming technique… upon the death of the first hokage, and because he is the only one who can perform that kind of jutsu.. konoha reserved his DNA, and that DNA is being put in to the genes of Yamato and that is why he can perform those techniques… well according to the latest episode Yamato is the only living shinobi who has that unique technique… and one more exciting thing… the reason why Tsunade chose Yamato to be the temporary leader of team Kakashi, is that because Yamato also has the ability to suppress the overflowing chakra of Kyuubi which is inside Naruto..and that technique will be aid with the use of the crystal necklace of Tsunade which is now then wears by Naruto…
